Construction process:
Construction conditions
: The substrate temperature should not be lower than 5°C, and at least 3°C ​​higher than the air dew point temperature (temperature and relative humidity should be measured near the substrate), and the relative humidity should not be greater than 65%. Good ventilation is usually required to ensure the paint dries properly.
Construction method
: Spraying: airless spraying or air spraying. High pressure airless spraying is recommended. When using air spraying, attention should be paid to adjusting the paint viscosity and air pressure. The diluent should not exceed 10%, otherwise it will affect the coating performance.
Brush coating: It is recommended for pre-coating and small area painting, but the specified dry film thickness must be achieved.
Packaging and Storage
The storage environment should be dry, cool, well ventilated, avoid high temperatures, and keep away from fire sources. Packaging containers must be kept tightly closed. The effective storage period is 12 months.
If the bucket cannot be used completely after opening the lid, the bucket lid should be sealed in time to prevent solvent evaporation from affecting use.
