Performance characteristics:
The paint film is tough, has good adhesion and anti-rust properties; it has good bonding ability with erasable and alkyd resin topcoats.
Application fields:
Used for anti-corrosion and anti-rust coating of steel beams, mechanical equipment, vehicles, and large steel structures.
Construction method:
1. Airless spraying or air spraying.
2. The substrate should be cleaned before use, free of oil, dust, rust, etc.
3. X-6 alkyd diluent can be used to adjust the viscosity.
4. When spraying the topcoat, if the gloss is too high, it must be sanded evenly with 120-grit sandpaper or applied after the previous paint is dry but before it dries.
5. Alkyd anti-rust paint cannot be used directly on zinc or aluminum substrates, and its weather resistance is poor when used alone. It should be used in conjunction with topcoat.
Safety protection:
The construction site should have good ventilation facilities, and painters should wear glasses, gloves, masks, etc. to avoid skin contact and inhalation of paint mist. Fireworks are strictly prohibited at the construction site.
Transportation and Storage:
1. When transporting the product, it should be protected from rain, sunlight and collision, and should comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department.
2. The product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, away from direct sunlight, insulated from fire sources, and in a warehouse away from heat sources.
