Construction conditions
The substrate temperature shall not be less than 5℃, and at least 3℃ higher than the air dew point temperature (the temperature and relative humidity shall be measured near the substrate), and the relative humidity shall not be greater than 65%. Good ventilation is usually required to ensure particularly normal drying.
job practice
Spraying: no less spraying or gas spraying. High pressure gas spraying is recommended. Pay attention to adjust the coating viscosity and air pressure when using air spraying. Diluent should not exceed 10%, otherwise affect the coating performance.
Brush coating: it is recommended to use in precoating and small area coating, but the specified dry film thickness must be achieved.
Packaging and storage

matters need attention
- Avoid heat before the coating (at least 24 hours at 20℃).
- Zinc-rich primer surface can form zinc salt (also known as white rust), which should not be exposed for a long time before coating the rear paint.
- On the surface with zinc salt, secondary rust removal should be performed and all debris should be removed.

- Use it in a well-ventilated environment.
- Do not inhale the paint mist and avoid skin contact.
- Wash the paint splashed on the skin immediately with a suitable detergent, soap, and water.
