Construction method:

1. Before construction, the surface of the steel structure must be derusted and coated with anti-rust paint.

2. Ingredients: The ratio of paint is: powder: liquid = 3:2. Mix it evenly and use it up within 1 hour.

3. Construction of base coating: Dust and oil on the surface should be removed before construction. The first coat should be sprayed to a thickness of 3-5mm.

4. In the future, spray 5-8mm thick each time, spray once every 12 hours, and apply to the required thickness.

5. During the construction process and before the coating is dried, the ambient temperature should be above 5°C. Construction should not be carried out on rainy days or when there is frost on the surface of the object or the air humidity exceeds 90%.

Packaging and storage:

Pack and store in accordance with national regulations. The storage environment should be dry, cool, well ventilated, avoid high temperatures, and keep away from fire sources. Packaging containers must be kept tightly closed. The effective storage period is 6 months.

Precautions:

1. The slurry should be used together, and the mixing time should be controlled within 30 minutes.

2. The newly sprayed (smeared) coating should be protected from rain before it dries.

3. The paint cannot be stored outdoors or exposed to the sun. Once the bagged powder is opened, it must be used immediately. It must not be used if it is damp or agglomerated. During construction, the prepared paint must be used once to prevent it from drying and solidifying.

4. When the coating surface is required to be flat and smooth, the last spraying process is used for smoothing. When there are requirements for the coating, topcoat can be applied to the surface.
