Main features:

Tunnel fire retardant coating does not contain asbestos and harmful substances, and the coating after production, use and construction has no pungent smell. It does not release toxic gases during a fire, and the smoke toxicity reaches AQ-1 level, which meets the requirements of environmental protection. The coating is light, firmly bonded, high in strength, and has excellent aging resistance and waterproof properties.

Construction method:

1. The construction of tunnel fire retardant coatings generally adopts a layered interval construction process, which is divided into base layer (fire retardant layer) and surface layer (color layer). During construction and within 24 hours after construction, the ambient temperature shall not be lower than 4°C to prevent freezing damage. Under extremely dry and hot conditions, necessary maintenance conditions should be created to prevent the coating from losing water too quickly.

2. Construction equipment: mortar mixer, special spraying equipment (squeeze mortar pump, air compressor), special iron plate for applying mortar, cleaning tools, transportation tools, etc.

3. It is prepared by the factory, packaged in one component, and mixed at the construction site for easy operation.

4. Direct spraying and troweling construction, fast drying and solidification.

Packaging and storage:

Pack and store in accordance with national regulations. The storage environment should be dry, cool, well ventilated, avoid high temperatures, and keep away from fire sources. Packaging containers must be kept tightly closed. The effective storage period is 6 months.

Precautions:

During the construction process and before the coating is dried and solidified, the ambient temperature should be maintained at 5-45°C, the relative humidity should not be greater than 85%, and the air should be circulated. Construction should not be carried out when there is condensation on the surface of the component. During the construction process, the thickness of the coating should be measured at any time according to the fire resistance limit. The paint should be used up within the same day after opening. If it is not used cleanly, it must be sealed and stored intact.
