Application fields:

Main features:
The paint film dries quickly, has good adhesion, has good heat resistance and weather resistance, has good outdoor durability, and can be applied under lower temperature conditions.
Construction requirements:
① Strong penetrating primer: apply a layer of primer evenly;
② One coat of intermediate coating: Use acrylic acid intermediate coating to lay a layer of intermediate coating (with quartz sand) on-site;
③ Second coat of intermediate coating: Use acrylic acid intermediate coating The on-site mixing materials are used to lay two layers of intermediate coating (with quartz sand);
④ One coat of surface layer: Use an acrylic surface layer to match the color of the court surface and paint it separately (with quartz sand) according to the customer’s requirements; ⑤ Two coats of surface layer
: Use an acrylic surface layer for two coats of pure paint;
⑥ Marking paint: Use special marking paint to mark the court line once or twice to complete it.
Packaging and storage:
The product should be stored tightly in a cool, dry and ventilated place. The storage period is one year.
Note:
The actual amount of paint used during painting is 10%-50% higher than the theoretical amount depending on the roughness of the surface to be painted, the thickness of the paint film, and the painting loss.
Workers at the painting site should wear protective equipment, carefully check for fire and explosion hazards, maintain good ventilation, do not breathe paint mist, and avoid skin contact. If paint splashes on the skin, wash it immediately with suitable detergent, soap and water. , if it splashes into your eyes, rinse with water and treat with medication.
