　　AS-17 water-based epoxy floor coating is a two-component coating with good chemical properties such as water resistance, oil resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, and salt spray corrosion resistance. It also has excellent corrosion resistance. Abrasion resistance, impact resistance, wash resistance and environmental protection. It can meet the needs of modern industrial floors and has advantages that solvent-based epoxy floor coatings do not have, such as easy cleaning of construction tools, safe, non-toxic and pollution-free construction process.

　　It has a wide range of application, can be used in room temperature and humid environments, and has good recoatability on old substrates.

　　This product has: high strength, wear-resistant, beautiful flooring, seamless, solid texture, good chemical resistance, anti-corrosion, waterproof, dust-proof, easy maintenance, low maintenance cost, etc. Various solutions can be designed according to different usage requirements.
　　Construction requirements:
　　1. Ground treatment: Repair, polish and remove dust according to the condition of the ground;
　　2. Water-based epoxy primer: Use a roller coating of epoxy primer with strong sealing and adhesion to enhance surface adhesion;
　　3 , Water-based epoxy mid-coating: Add an appropriate amount of quartz sand to the water-based epoxy resin, and apply it evenly in several passes with a bread knife to increase the thickness and compressive strength of the coating; 4.
　　Water-based epoxy batch coating: According to actual conditions Two to three layers of construction are required, and it is required to be smooth and without holes, without batch knife marks or frosted marks;
　　5. Water-based epoxy topcoat: Use roller-coated water-based epoxy topcoat, or steamed bread-type water-based epoxy topcoat. Once completed, the overall surface will be bright and clean, with uniform color and no hollows;
　　6. After the construction is completed: people can be installed after 36 hours, and heavy pressing can be done after 96 hours. (Based on 25℃, the opening time at low temperature needs to be extended appropriately)
　　Packaging and storage:
　　The product should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place in a sealed manner. The storage period is one year.
　　Paint film performance:

　　The actual amount of paint used during painting is 10%-50% higher than the theoretical amount depending on the roughness of the surface to be painted, the thickness of the paint film, and the painting loss.
　　Workers at the painting site should wear protective equipment, carefully check for fire and explosion hazards, maintain good ventilation, do not breathe paint mist, and avoid skin contact. If paint splashes on the skin, wash it immediately with suitable detergent, soap and water. , if it splashes into your eyes, rinse with water and treat with medication.
