　　Application areas:
　　Mainly suitable for use as anti-corrosion and anti-rust primer on the internal and external surfaces of various steel structures, mechanical equipment, vehicles, pipe racks, storage tanks, ships, etc. in natural atmosphere or mildly corrosive environments. It cannot be used underwater. parts, not recommended for use on galvanized steel surfaces. It is used for anti-corrosion and anti-rust coating of steel beams, machinery and equipment, vehicles and large steel structures. It is used as anti-rust paint for parts above the waterline of ships and steel machinery and equipment. It can be used in conjunction with traditional topcoats such as phenolic and alkyd. .
　　Surface treatment:
　　1. Steel with oxide scale: Sandblasted to Sa2 level or pickled until free of scale and rust
　　2. Steel without oxide scale: Polished to St3 level or sandblasted with pneumatic or electric grinding tools to Sa2 level
　　3. Welding, flame cutting or pyrotechnics correction of burning parts: polish with pneumatic or electric grinding tools to St3 level
　　4. Substrate with old paint film (referring to the same type): remove loose and failed old paint film and rust. Use pneumatic or electric grinding tools to polish to St3 level.
　　Construction method:
　　1. Airless spraying or air spraying.
　　2. The substrate should be cleaned before use, free of oil, dust, rust, etc.
　　3. Special alkyd diluent can be used to adjust the viscosity.
　　4. When spraying the topcoat, if the gloss is too high, it must be sanded evenly with 120-grit sandpaper or applied after the previous paint is dry but before it dries.
　　5. Alkyd anti-rust paint cannot be used directly on zinc or aluminum substrates, and its weather resistance is poor when used alone. It should be used in conjunction with topcoat.
　　Precautions for construction:
　　1. Do not apply too thickly at one time to avoid slow drying, wrinkling, orange peel and other paint problems.
　　2. Do not use inferior release materials to avoid gloss loss, slow drying, and powder loss.
　　3. During the construction process, the coated items must avoid contact with water, oil, acidic or alkaline substances.
　　4. After the construction is completed, please use special thinner for alkyd paint to clean brushes and other supplies.
　　5. The painted items must be placed in a ventilated, dry, dust-free environment and allowed to dry naturally.
　　6. The items to be painted must be completely dry before packaging or stacking to avoid adhesion and affecting the appearance of the paint film.
　　7. Do not pour the diluted paint back into the original paint bucket, otherwise precipitation will easily occur.
　　8. The remaining paint should be capped in time and placed in a cool, dry environment.
　　9. When the product is stored, it should be kept ventilated, cool and dry, and should be isolated from fire sources and away from heat sources. You can use Hangzhou Yasheng’s alkyd iron red anti-rust paint as a primer, and use an alkyd topcoat at the same time, or separately. Use, but do not use it with epoxy and polyurethane.
　　Construction conditions:
　　1. The substrate temperature must be 3℃ higher than the dew point.
　　2. The relative humidity should not be greater than 85% .
　　Safety protection:
　　The construction site should have good ventilation facilities, paint Workers should wear glasses, gloves, masks, etc. to avoid skin contact and inhalation of paint mist. Fireworks are strictly prohibited at the construction site.
　　Transportation and Storage:
　　1. When transporting the product, it should be protected from rain, sunlight and collision, and should comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department.
　　2. The product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, away from direct sunlight, insulated from fire sources, and in a warehouse away from heat sources.
