Product introduction:

A two-component coating composed of epoxy resin, asphalt, anti-rust pigments and curing agents.

Application areas:

It is mainly used as an anti-corrosion coating on the bottom of pipeline outer walls, underwater steel structures, underwater concrete structures, etc.

Main features: 

The coating film has excellent physical and chemical properties and anti-corrosion properties, is easy to construct, has relatively low requirements for surface treatment, and has good matching capabilities.

Construction method:

1. Read the instruction manual before construction;
2. The surface of the base iron must be treated to level 5 before construction. It is strictly forbidden to bring in water, dust, and oil during construction to ensure the quality of painting. 　　
3. Before construction, adjust the ratio of paint and curing agent as required, mix as much as you need, stir evenly, and use it within 5 hours;
4. .Keep it dry and clean during the construction process, and it is strictly forbidden to contact with water, acid, alcohol, alkali, etc.; the curing agent packaging barrel must be tightly closed after the paint is mixed to avoid gelling;
5. During construction and drying, the relative humidity shall not be greater than 75%.
6. Construction methods: airless spraying, air spraying, roller coating and brushing.

Packaging and storage:

Pack and store in accordance with national regulations. The storage environment should be dry, cool, well ventilated, avoid high temperatures, and keep away from fire sources. Packaging containers must be kept tightly closed. The effective storage period is 12 months.

Precautions:

When the temperature of the outdoor construction substrate is lower than 5°C, the curing reaction of component A/B will slow down or stop, making it unsuitable for construction.

Health and Safety:

Please pay attention to the warning labels on the packaging containers. Use in a well-ventilated environment. Do not inhale paint mist and avoid skin contact. If paint is spilled on skin, wash away immediately with suitable detergent, soap and water. If it splashes into your eyes, rinse them thoroughly with water and seek medical treatment immediately.
