Main features:
Concrete sealing hardener CS is a colorless and transparent liquid material that is easy to use, non-toxic, non-flammable, has strong penetrating power, can permanently seal concrete, and complies with all VOC regulations.
Construction requirements:
Clean the surface of the base layer, remove floating ash, oil stains and other substances that are not conducive to bonding; if there are too many potholes in the old base layer, they need to be filled in advance; the amount of high-penetration sealing and curing agent should be measured according to the construction area. Pour the high-penetration sealing curing agent evenly on the ground and let it flow and penetrate freely. At the same time, you can use a trowel to gently scrape the entire ground to penetrate evenly; when the penetration reaction of the base surface becomes slippery and thick, wet the sticky surface with water mist to let the high-penetrating sealing and curing agent Continue the osmotic reaction. Observe the density and penetration of the base surface, and apply high-penetration sealing curing agent on the ground three times or more. After the penetration reaction of the base surface is complete (it is better if the surface moisture is not completely dry), use a professional floor cleaning machine to clean the surface and remove excess material.
24 hours after completion, use a soft-bristled polishing pad to polish the floor surface, and use resin abrasive discs to polish the base surface multiple times. The longer it is used, the better the gloss will be.
Packaging and storage:
The product should be stored tightly in a cool, dry and ventilated place. The storage period is one year.
Note:
The actual amount of paint used during painting is 10%-50% higher than the theoretical amount depending on the roughness of the surface to be painted, the thickness of the paint film, and the painting loss.
Workers at the painting site should wear protective equipment, carefully check for fire and explosion hazards, maintain good ventilation, do not breathe paint mist, and avoid skin contact. If paint splashes on the skin, wash it immediately with suitable detergent, soap and water. , if it splashes into your eyes, rinse with water and treat with medication.
