Product introduction:

This product is divided into two-component paint and one-component paint. The two-component product is processed from hydroxyl acrylic resin, pigments, fillers, additives, and solvents; the second component is a weather-resistant curing agent. A single-component coating made of thermoplastic acrylic resin, pigments, fillers, additives and solvents.

It dries quickly at room temperature, and has anti-rust, anti-corrosion and decorative properties, excellent weather resistance and excellent adhesion; good hardness, resistance to moisture and heat, salt spray resistance, gloss retention, color retention and other excellent properties; the color can be adjusted at will according to the national standard color card .

Application areas:

Mainly suitable for anti-corrosion protection of color steel tile roofs, metal roofs, galvanized sheet roofs, steel structure roofs, container houses and other metal surfaces.

Construction technology:

1. Polish the roof to remove the remaining rust, and polish off the remaining topcoat color slag, so that the surface can show the original color of the color steel tiles;

2. Wash the roof as a whole, remove surface dust, oil stains, floating rust, dust, scale, etc., and wait for natural drying;

3. Wait for the roof to dry, and use a spray gun to spray a special anti-rust primer on the surface of the color steel tiles to prevent rust and anti-corrosion. Note that the spray primer needs to be even and the thickness must reach 30 μm (microns). After spraying, it needs to be checked. , ensure that all leaking points are sprayed in place;

4. After each coating has completely reacted and the film has stabilized and dried, the next coating can be applied. The interval between each layer should be eight hours before spraying the first coat of color steel tile topcoat.

5. Conduct an overall inspection of the roof, check all construction parts of the base surface, and repair any construction defects such as small holes, missing paint, etc. in a timely manner.

6. After the first coat of topcoat dries and forms a film, spray the second coat of color steel tile paint on the roof to ensure that the spray thickness is uniform;

7. Coating method: spraying, airless spraying, brushing, etc.

Packaging and storage

The storage environment should be dry, cool, well ventilated, avoid high temperatures, and keep away from fire sources. Packaging containers must be kept tightly closed. The effective storage period is 12 months.

Precautions

If the bucket cannot be used completely after opening the lid, the bucket lid should be sealed in time to prevent solvent evaporation from affecting use.
