Application areas:
Chlorosulfonated polyethylene topcoat is suitable for use as an anti-corrosion decorative coating on the surface of indoor and outdoor steel structures and concrete structures. Especially in industrial atmospheric environments, it can effectively protect the base material from corrosion.
Construction method:
1. Surface treatment requirements: The painted metal surface must be dry and free of oil, dust and other foreign matter; when painting concrete, it must be air-dried to a moisture content of ≤10% and the surface must be cleaned.
2. Open the barrel and stir: After opening the barrel, stir the paint thoroughly until there is no sediment and color difference at the bottom of the barrel, then the paint can be applied.
3. Thinner and dilution ratio: Special thinner for chlorinated rubber paint, 3-10%.
4. Construction precautions: ① Avoid construction under strong light, and construction in rainy, snowy, and foggy days is prohibited.
②In order to prevent bottom biting, it is best to apply the next coat after the previous coat is dry, and try to use spraying.
5. Theoretical consumption: If the influence of various factors in actual construction is not considered, the consumption is about 0.20kg/m/pass.
6. Thinner and dilution ratio: The manufacturer provides special thinner, and the reference dosage for manual brushing is 3-10%.
7. The validity period is half a year. After the validity period, it can still be used after passing the re-inspection.

Packaging and storage
The storage environment should be dry, cool, well ventilated, avoid high temperatures, and keep away from fire sources. Packaging containers must be kept tightly closed. The effective storage period is 12 months.
Precautions
If the bucket cannot be used completely after opening the lid, the bucket lid should be sealed in time to prevent solvent evaporation from affecting use.
