It has been found in a large number of practices that due to the very limited alkali resistance of conventional primers, changes in wall conditions and negligence in construction may cause the sealing failure of the primer, resulting in fading and peeling of the topcoat. To this end, we launch a variety of functional primers to eliminate the use of all conventional primers in exterior wall projects. Maggie’s water-based alkali-resistant sealing primer is modified by branching epoxy groups on the acrylic molecular chain, thus strengthening the alkali-resistant and salt-proof functions that traditional primers lack. It is an economical upgrade product of conventional exterior wall primer.

Water-based alkali-resistant sealing primer sealing principle
In order to resist salt and alkali, the most direct way is to fill the capillary tubes flat. We recommend using the matching exterior wall sealing primer, using the nanometer-sized (0.08μm) emulsion in the sealing primer to penetrate into the capillary tubes to seal them.

Pay attention to warning labels on packaging containers. Use in a well-ventilated environment. Do not inhale paint mist and avoid skin contact. If paint is spilled on skin, wash away immediately with suitable detergent, soap and water. If it splashes into your eyes, rinse them thoroughly with water and seek medical treatment immediately.
