construction technology
1, the substrate should first go to the oil, and then shot blasting, sandblasting treatment, and the substrate removed dry;
- The two groups should be mixed according to the prescribed proportion. When mixing, the zinc powder and pigment components should be slowly poured into the base agent group, and the two groups must be fully mixed evenly;
3, in the construction should be stirred at any time to prevent its precipitation, if there is patent skin or impurities, must be filtered out, the construction method is mainly air spraying;
- Before coating the next paint, the coating of inorganic zinc-rich primer must be completely solidified, otherwise the interlayer adhesion will be affected;
- After full mixing, it should be static and cooked for 30min before construction;
Packaging and storage
1, the storage environment should be dry, cool, well ventilated, avoid high temperature, away from the fire source.
- Packaging containers must be kept closed.
- The effective storage period is 12 months.

- After opening the lid, if it cannot be used up once, the lid should be sealed in time to prevent volatilization of the solvent.
