Product introduction:
This paint is a two-component paint. Component A is processed and formulated from epoxy resin, pigments, extender pigments, additives and mixed solvents. Component B is the curing agent.
Physical parameters

Application areas:
This paint can be used for protection and decoration on the surfaces of various large-scale steel structures under harsh corrosion conditions. It can also be used as a protective coating for the inner and outer walls of water and oil storage devices.
Main features:
This paint can be dried at room temperature and baked and cured at high temperature. The cured coating has strong adhesion to the body, high mechanical strength, and strong corrosion resistance. It is also resistant to moisture, water, acid, alkali, and salt spray.
Construction method:
1. Coating method: brushing, spraying, rolling.
2. Spraying viscosity: 20-255 (coat – 4 cups of 25P).
3. This paint should be painted on the matching primer. Before painting, component A and component B should be mixed evenly, and then mixed evenly according to the paint ratio of component A: component B, and then matured for 20 minutes, that is It can be painted, and the prepared paint should be used up within 4_6 hours.
4. If the prepared paint has a high viscosity and is not suitable for construction, it can be diluted with a special diluent for this paint. The amount of diluent generally does not exceed 10% of the total amount. 5. The

6. After painting, the tools and containers used should be thoroughly cleaned with thinner to prepare for next use.

8. This paint cannot be used outdoors, and it is prone to powdering when used outdoors for a long time.
9. The painted equipment should be dried for 7-15 days before use.
Packaging and storage:
Packaging and storage in accordance with national regulations. The storage environment should be dry, cool, well ventilated, avoid high temperatures, and keep away from fire sources. Packaging containers must be kept tightly closed. The effective storage period is 12 months.
Note:
When the temperature of the outdoor construction substrate is lower than 5℃, the curing reaction of component A/B will slow down or stop, so it is not suitable for construction.

Please pay attention to warning labels on packaging containers. Use in a well-ventilated environment. Do not inhale paint mist and avoid skin contact. If paint is spilled on skin, wash away immediately with suitable detergent, soap and water. If it splashes into your eyes, rinse them thoroughly with water and seek medical treatment immediately.
