Construction Method
In accordance with GB50207-94 “roof engineering technical specifications” in the 5.1 standard implementation:
→ Basic treatment: the base must be smooth solid, clean, no water, yin and yang angle should be made into a circular arc shape. → Apply coating: the construction adopts the method of rolling, scraping and brushing. It is advisable to adopt the coating method with many layers. Each time the coating can not be too thick, it is generally divided into 3-4 brushing, with a total thickness of 1.5-2.0mm. After the coating is dried and film is formed, the coating can be painted again. Matrix reinforcement should be added to the weak links.
→ After each coating has been dried, the construction quality shall be checked. If leakage occurs and the drum rises, repair shall be made.
